1st Choice Home Care is locally owned and operated by Registered Nurses who closely manage your care. Our nurses have more than 95 years of combined experience in caring for clients. 1st Choice Home Care offers services to individuals of any age.

 1)      How much do 1st Choice Home Care services cost?

Pricing is based on the level of care required. We provide care with Personal Care Assistants and Certified Nursing Assistants. The level of care and price can be determined upon completion of a free In-Home assessment.

2)      Does 1st Choice Home Care accept my insurance?

Services are not generally covered under primary or secondary insurance plans. Our services are supplemental to home health and are often private pay. Individuals who have Long Term Disability, Veterans benefits, or Long Term Care insurance can usually file claims to assist with payment for services.

3)      When does 1st Choice Home Care operate and how quickly can I begin receiving services?

Office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm and there is a care manager on-call 24/7. We schedule an appointment at your earliest convenience, evaluate the client, assess their needs, and answer questions. Our Care Manager will develop a personalized plan of care and schedule a compatible care provider. The client will have the opportunity to meet their caregiver before services begin, if preferred.

4)      Will a decline in my health affect the services I receive from 1st Choice Home Care?

No.  1st Choice Home Care will work closely with you, responsible parties, and doctors to ensure that proper care continues to be received.
